How to start a return

  • You can initiate a return via our return form, by email (sellzashop@gmail.com), or through live support on our website.
  • Return shipping is paid by Sellza when the return is approved and a prepaid label is provided.

Return window

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition (unused, unwashed, and free of additional wear), with original packaging when possible.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards (if applicable) are not returnable.

5. Exchanges & Defective/Incorrect Items

Exchanges are offered for defective or incorrect items.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible via email, return form, or live support.
  • Damage claims must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
  • Please include order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
