How to start a return
- You can initiate a return via our return form, by email (sellzashop@gmail.com), or through live support on our website.
- Return shipping is paid by Sellza when the return is approved and a prepaid label is provided.
Return window

Return conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition (unused, unwashed, and free of additional wear), with original packaging when possible.
- Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or is missing major components.
Refunds

- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider and can take several business days after processing.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards (if applicable) are not returnable.
- Final sale items (if clearly marked) are not returnable.

5. Exchanges & Defective/Incorrect Items
Exchanges are offered for defective or incorrect items.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible via email, return form, or live support.
- Damage claims must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
- Please include order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
